Had a great Christmas stay at a hotel in a fantastic location. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. the pool area was great fun and lively, catering to both families and young adults. the proximity to the nearby restaurants and mini markets was a plus.
Although there was daily cleaning, there were some minor hiccups with housekeeping and the bedding. the cleaning lady missed a day and when she did come, the cleaning wasn't done to the level it could have been.

Great location close to city center and all amenities, friendly and helpful staff, clean and well-maintained hotel with good facilities.

the hotel is located in a nice area close to the city centre but on a very quiet street. the staff was amazing, especially the front desk girl who was very helpful. Breakfast was very good, we particularly enjoyed the pool area. Our room was good and clean with AC included in the price. the bathroom was good as well and cleaned daily. We also appreciated the proximity of a small mini-market, bus station and restaurants.
We wish the kitchen facilities could have been better equipped.

The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to the beach and many restaurants. The pool area was also nice, especially for relaxing and enjoying a drink in the sun.
Our xmas stay was not the best. The room was not cleaned properly and we found some dirty towels in the bathroom.
